Enerven worked with Bella Build & Design to an extremely tight deadline of just three weeks to ensure the Hungry Jacks restaurant had power before it opened for business
Bella Build & Design are a South Australian based building and construction company who have been a part of the construction industry for over 30 years. They have an extensive portfolio, which includes service stations, fast food restaurants, industrial construction and a residential portfolio. They have a high attention to detail and work hard to find the most optimum solution for their customers, so they are particular who they engage with on projects, so that it allows flexibility with the project to suit customer requirements.
In 2017, Bella Build & Design started working on the design and construction
of a brand new Hungry Jacks fast food restaurant at Lightsview.
The project was part of the residential development at Lightsview, a master planned award-winning development situated 8 kilometres from Adelaide’s CBD.
Bella Build & Design required a low voltage switchboard to be installed that would power the restaurant.
Enerven worked with Bella Build & Design to coordinate all supply and installation of the electrical infrastructure, this included the construction, connection, compliance testing and energisation of a low voltage switch board to enable Hungry Jacks to open as scheduled.
Enerven had to utilise their strong project management skills to coordinate this project to the strict 3 week timeline in place. Construction of a Hungry Jacks outlet takes only 14 weeks from start to finish. It was critical the consumer board was connected and energised to ensure construction activities on site and the opening of the store were not delayed. This was achieved by collaboratively working with SA Power Networks to get compliance and connection authorised for energisation.
Enerven successfully completed the project in the client’s strict construction timeframe.
